Eugenia Villalba has more than 20 years of management experience with major hospitals and health care organizations and specializes in medical consulting services, including business management, revenue enhancement, coding and chart review, managed care and capitation, banking, accounts receivable management, and accounting. As managing directory of MBC, Ms. Villalba oversees the development and delivery of these services to hospitals, physicians, managed-care organizations and other health care providers.

Mr. Sotomayor has been a practicing accountant since 1984, serving a diversified client base in the United States and Latin America.  Mr. Sotomayor is a frequent international speaker on the topics of Quality Control for Accounting Firms and Global Accounting Practices.

With over two decades of computing experience, Michael Haproff brings a fresh approach to managing the computing systems that power Medical Business Concepts, Inc.  Having professionalized his skills with a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California, Irvine, Mr. Haproff created his own consulting business, helping small businesses better apply computing to their workflow.

Understanding both the technical aspects of business as well as the business aspects of technology, Mr. Haproff practices a pragmatic application of software, with a focus on creating a more flexible, capable set of systems to improve the level of service that to Medical Business Concepts, Inc. supplies.
